Due to monitor settings, monitor pixel definitions, limitations of desktop scanners, digital photography, and dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen as an exact color of the product. We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. All colors are approximations of actual colors.

Most of our products are made from handwoven and hand-dyed natural fibers, and as such, natural variations such as vertical & horizontal lines, snags, slubs and misweaves often occur and are considered natural characteristics of this type of fabric – they are not considered defects.  As with all colored fabrics, slight variations in color can occur between fabric color dye slots (bolts). 



These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Site and related services. As our business grows, we may revise these Terms periodically. If we do, we shall post the changes here. Your continued use of the Site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. 

  • All prices stated are fixed. 
  • We shall ensure that all items are packed properly and address are written clearly, and therefore shall not be responsible for any loss and damage occurred.
  • Any promotion cannot be combined with another existing promotion and used simultaneously.



We value the privacy of those  who use our website and services and follow a strict policy concerning information sent to us by our customers. 

  • We will not sell or transfer your information to any third party without your consent.
  • Access to consumer information is limited to EARTH HEIR and those acting under its direction for the specific purpose of marketing and selling our products and communicating to the consumer regarding issues concerning the company.
  • Our mailing list will be limited to those who wish to receive information about our brand and programs.
  • Any consumer may opt to have his/her name and address removed from our mailing list by writing to us.


We hope you love the merchandise purchased from us but just in case your order was not quite right, we offer returns for genuine mistakes such as size or mispricing. 
  • Please request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 5 days of receiving your order. 
  • You may request an RA number by emailing team(at)earthheir(dot)com with your order number and the reason for your return.  Your item must be shipped to us within 3 days of receiving your RA number.
    • We will accept full-priced merchandise with their original packaging and tickets.
    • Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in an unaltered condition. Products damaged while being used, do not qualify for returns. 
  • Shipping of approved returns to us will be borne by you, but we will bear the cost of shipping back to you.
  • In case we are unable to replace the product, we will refund your money.
  • Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment.
  • Sale merchandise is final sale, refunds will not be issued.



Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

Orders shipped outside of Malaysia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Please check with your local customs office for more details as customs tariffs vary from country to country.

You will need to bear any additional charges for customs clearance levied at the destination country; we cannot control or predict what these charges may be.
